We are pleased to announce the start-up of our newest line of manufacturing – injection molding!

Com-Pac International® is expanding our market beyond flexible packing into specialty molding. Injection molding plays a huge role in medical components, and it is our goal to establish another strong hold on our capabilities. Injection molding is the leading production method for hard plastics and the quickest method to mass produce large quantities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Com-Pac International has begun in-house molding of specialty medical products for use on several of our custom medical devices. This service is being offered to those who need specialty, precision-made, injection molded parts for a wide array of application. Our new technology adds fast, precise and cost-effective capabilities to our line of medical and food grade products. It can also cater to electronics, aerospace and automotive applications to achieve tight tolerances.

Injection molding plays a very important role in many medical products including beakers, test tubes, drug equipment, housings and casings, and surgical equipment. Our FDA registered White Room Facility is perfect for medical, food and beverage component production. We are able to offer large quantity, high quality parts and maintain sterile procedures to achieve industry standards.
